There are several methods to locate 10-K reports. One method is to search the Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR website. Only publicly traded companies are required to file a 10-K with the SEC. Researching private U.S. companies is more difficult; consult this Library of Congress guide for ideas.
You can also search for companies in EDGAR by ticker symbol, which you can find at the New York Stock Exchange.
